Southern India 2026 Itinerary

Day 1 – Thu 23 Jan: Arrival in Delhi: Pick up from the airport and transfer to the hotel. Alchemy of Breath Opening Ceremony followed by Dinner

Day 2 – Fri 24 Jan: Morning breathwork & meditation. Followed by breakfast & local sightseeing in Dehli.

Day 3 – Sat 25 Jan: Delhi to Rishikesh. Morning breathwork & meditation. On arrival at Rishikesh, check into the hotel. 

Rishikesh is a city in Uttarakhand, India, on the banks of the Ganges River. It is a Hindu pilgrimage site, a gateway to the Garhwal Himalayas, and the Yoga mecca of India.  Delhi / Rishikesh , after breakfast, drive to Rishikesh, approx 4.5 hours ( 250 km)
Drive, on arrival at Rishikesh check in the hotel.

Day 4 – Sun 26 Jan: Rishikesh (explore/relax)- Morning breathwork & meditation. Followed by breakfast and daily activities.

Day 5 – Mon 27 Jan: Drive from Rishikesh to Delhi (Approx 4.5hrs) - Morning breathwork & meditation. Followed by breakfast & travel.

Day 6 – Tue 28 Jan: Delhi → Kochi (flight)
Kochi (Cochin), located in the southern Indian state of Kerala, is renowned for its rich blend of history, culture, and natural beauty. It has a long history of foreign influence, having been ruled by the Portuguese, Dutch, and British. This mix of European influence is visible in its architecture, especially in Fort Kochi, which boasts colonial-era buildings, churches, and streets that reflect a blend of Indian and European styles. Kochi blends diverse cultures, stunning beaches like Cherai, vibrant cuisine, scenic backwaters, iconic Chinese fishing nets, and modern infrastructure.


Day 7 – Wed 29 Jan: Kochi sightseeing.

Day 8 – Thu 30 Jan: Drive from Kochi → Munnar. 

Munnar is known for its rolling tea plantations, mist-covered hills, cool climate, stunning viewpoints like Top Station, rich wildlife at Eravikulam National Park, serene lakes, and stunning waterfalls. 

Day 9 – Fri 31 Jan: Munnar - Morning Breathwork, yoga & meditation followed by breakfast and daily activities.

Day 10 – Sat 1 Feb: Drive from Munnar → Alleppey. (Approx. 3.5 hours, 311km).

Board for a backwater cruise for 2  nights.

The beauty of Alleppey houseboats lies in their tranquil charm as they glide through serene backwaters. These traditional wooden vessels, adorned with coir and bamboo, offer panoramic views of lush green paddy fields, coconut groves, and calm waters. The gentle rhythm of the boat, coupled with golden sunsets and peaceful surroundings, creates a magical experience, blending nature’s serenity with Kerala’s rustic elegance. At night, the starlit sky reflects off the water, enhancing the dreamlike atmosphere. Inside, the cozy, well-furnished interiors ensure a perfect blend of comfort and tradition.

Day 11 – Sun 2 Feb: Alleppey- stay/relax on houseboat.

Day 12 – Mon 3 Feb: Drive from Alleppey → Kochi → Delhi (flight)

Day 13 – Tue 4 Feb: Drive from Delhi → Agra (Approx 4.5hr)

We will explore the Beauty of the famous Taj Mahal, upon sunrise. The Taj Mahal is considered one of the most romantic monuments in the world. Built by the Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan after the death of his beloved wife Mumtaz Mahal, this white marble mausoleum is considered a monument to eternal love. The story that the Taj Mahal is built out of love is argued by many and holds many secrets of the amount of lives that were tortured & killed during the building of this timeless structure. It is said there are thousands of bodies buried beneath the Taj Mahal. We will also vist Agra Fort.

Day 14 – Wed 5 Feb: Drive from Agra → Delhi.

Morning Breathwork & Meditation followed by breakfast.

Ending the day in Dehli with the Alchemy of Breath Closing ceremony & dinner.

Day 15 – Thu 6 Feb: Departure from Delhi.
